 10is a shell wrapper that dispatches to the appropriate tool in the scc suite.
 11The first argument selects which tool to invoke. The remaining arguments are
 12passed unchanged to the selected tool.

 15argument is given, or if the first argument does not match any known tool name,

 17defaults to invoking

 19with all provided arguments.
